Chiropractic treatment is covered by most health insurance companies.  However, before you book in for a consultation, you must check with your insurer whether you need a GP referral in order to be covered. Companies like AXA PPP require you to have an authorisation number from them, before you commence any treatment that you are planning to claim from them.

We have chosen to no longer be registered as Bupa practitioners for direct insurance claims.  If you are registered with Bupa and choose to come to the clinic, you must pay for your treatments directly with us at each appointment and check with Bupa if they will reimburse you if you take a receipt.  We do not claim back from Bupa directly anymore.  Please check with Bupa before you commence treatment with us, to avoid disappointment, as they may not offer this an option for you.
