It is clinic policy to take a £30 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This is refundable if you choose to cancel your appointment, providing we receive 24 hours notice to cancel. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to attend, the deposit will not be returned.
A fee is charged for treatment appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to attend your appointment.
