Alexandra Illingworth Acupuncture is now available at Atlas Chiropractic Clinic!
Alexandra is an acupuncturist treating both adults and children. She holds two BSc Honours degrees; in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Loughborough University and in Acupuncture from the Northern College of Acupuncture, and is currently studying for a post graduate diploma incorporating non-needle paediatric techniques.
With a background in pharmaceutical research and development, Alexandra is perfectly placed to integrate the holistic aspect of acupuncture treatment, with any conventional medical treatment patients may be undergoing.
A long-term advocate of the benefits of maintaining good health and wellbeing, Alexandra is keen to promote the part acupuncture can have in supporting our day-to-day physical and mental health.
With a special interest in paediatric acupuncture, Alexandra also treats babies, children and teenagers. Children are often happy to try needles, but if they are not, other techniques are available. Acupuncture Fees
Adult Consultation (up to 1.5 hour) £65
Adult follow-up (45-60 mins) £54
Adult follow-up (30 mins) £42
Child Consultation (up to 1 hour) £60
Child follow-up (up to 30 mins) £40
Child follow-up (15 mins) £20
A £30 deposit will be required at the time of booking your first consultation.
Payment can be taken by card or cash.

Alexandra is in clinic on Mondays 9am-7pm and Thursdays from 9am until 7pm. If these times are not suitable for you, please contact the clinic as we may be able to make alternative arrangements.
